In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your k8888 username and password.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person, including family members.

• k8888 will not be liable for any losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

k8888 is legally obligated under its international gaming license to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawal requests. Verification requires submission of a clear copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC. Additional documentation — including proof of address or source of funds — may be requested for high-value accounts or large withdrawals. Accounts pending KYC verification may have withdrawals temporarily suspended; this suspension does not affect your ability to continue playing.

• Bets are final once confirmed by the k8888 system — they may not be cancelled, amended, or reversed by the player after confirmation except in circumstances explicitly permitted by product-specific rules.

All content on the k8888 platform — including but not limited to the k8888 name, logo, branding, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software, source code, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of k8888 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the k8888 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any k8888 content; use k8888 branding for any commercial purpose; or reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of any k8888 software.

Either party may terminate the player-platform relationship at any time, subject to the following conditions:
